Manufacturer warranties
Every shingle roof we install is a GAF roof, so its shingles carry GAF’s limited warranty, and our siding and gutters come with their own manufacturers’ warranties. Many carry lifetime transferable coverage. Transferable means the coverage can pass to the next owner if you sell the house. What each warranty covers, and for how long, is set by the manufacturer and differs from product to product, so ask us which warranty comes with the products on your proposal.
Installed the way the manufacturer specifies
A manufacturer’s warranty assumes its product was installed correctly. We install every GAF roof to GAF’s specifications, and we tear off the old roof instead of laying new shingles over it.
GAF enhanced warranties
Dynamic Restoration is a GAF Master Elite contractor, so we can register GAF’s enhanced warranties on roofs that qualify. These go further than the standard shingle warranty: they cover the GAF roofing system as a whole and, at the higher levels, problems caused by installation errors. GAF’s Golden Pledge limited warranty, for example, is offered only through Master Elite contractors (GAF’s warranty comparison on gaf.com). Whether a roof qualifies depends on the GAF products used, and GAF’s warranty documents set out the full terms.
