This website, dynamicrestorationin.com, is run by Dynamic Restoration LLC (“Dynamic Restoration,” “we,” “us” or “our”), Indianapolis, IN. You can reach us at (866) 242-1832. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website, request an inspection, call us or exchange text messages with us, and how we use and protect it.
What we collect
- What you send through our booking form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your property address or town, the work you’re interested in, where you are in the process, any exterior look you chose in the visualizer, any notes you add, and the text-message choices you make on the form, along with the date of the request.
- When you call or text us: your phone number, your messages, and the date and time of the call or message.
- When we work on your project: the details of your home and project, photos we take during the inspection and the work, appointment times, and what you send us, such as photos or insurance paperwork.
- When you visit this website: like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, browser types and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. We also use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to record how visitors use the site, such as the pages viewed, the device and browser, and the website that referred them.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and contact you about your project.
- To schedule inspections, appointments and project work.
- To prepare proposals and provide roofing, siding, gutter and related services.
- To send text messages, but only of the kinds you agreed to.
- To provide customer service and keep accurate business records.
- To run, protect and improve this website.
- To prevent fraud, comply with the law and enforce our agreements.
Text messages
Text messages from Dynamic Restoration are optional. Our booking form has two checkboxes, neither of them ticked at the start: one for non-marketing messages, such as replies to your request, appointment reminders, project updates and customer service, and one for marketing messages, such as special offers and promotions. You can check one, both or neither. Neither is needed to send the form or to buy anything from us, and each one covers only the messages described beside it.
If you opt in, message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. The full program terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that work for us and only so they can do that work:
- our website host (Netlify), which receives and stores the requests sent through our booking form
- our customer management and phone and text messaging platform (HighLevel), which we use to keep track of requests, call you and send the text messages you agreed to
- Google, whose Google Analytics service measures how visitors use this website
- other providers that help us schedule appointments, deliver messages and run our business
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, our team or others, or as part of a merger, financing or sale of all or part of our business. Mobile information and text-message consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Cookies
This website uses Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site, so we can measure and improve it. Google handles that information under its own privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the website may not work as well without them, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on every website with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
This website doesn’t use advertising cookies. If we add advertising tools, we’ll update this policy first.
If we send you promotional email, you can stop it at any time with the unsubscribe link in the message. We may still email you about an inspection, a proposal or work you’ve asked for.
How long we keep it, and how we protect it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you, keep accurate business records, resolve disputes and meet our legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no way of storing or sending information online is completely secure.
Your choices
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of promotional email with the unsubscribe link. To ask us to stop calling you, to see the information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, call us at (866) 242-1832. We’ll honor your request as the law allows, keeping only the records we’re required to keep.
Children
This website is meant for homeowners and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Other websites
This website links to other websites, such as GAF’s and our YouTube and TikTok channels. They collect information under their own privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for websites we don’t run.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new date.
