Text message terms
These terms cover the text messages Dynamic Restoration LLC (“Dynamic Restoration,” “we,” “us” or “our”) sends to people who opt in.
What we send
Dynamic Restoration provides roofing, siding, gutter and related exterior services in Indiana. If you opt in, we may send you:
- Non-marketing messages: replies to your inspection request, scheduling and appointment reminders, project updates and customer service.
- Marketing messages, only if you checked the marketing box: special offers and promotions.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking one or both text-message boxes on our booking form. The boxes start unticked, each one is optional and covers only the messages described beside it, and you can send the form without checking either. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with your request and the messages you chose. Message and data rates may apply. Ask your wireless provider about your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us to stop receiving them. We’ll send one message to confirm, and after that you won’t get any more messages from us unless you opt in again. You can also call us at (866) 242-1832 and ask us to stop texting you.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
